Hugh P. Klitzke - Coach

Hugh P. Klitzke is a New York based full time studio manager and voice casting director for a leading bi-coastal talent agency. He has spent over a decade directing auditions for commercials, promos, narration, animation, audiobooks, politicals, video games, TV affiliates, radio imaging, movie trailers, live announce, voice on hold, E learning, ADR / dubbing, looping and industrials.

He has directed over 110,000 auditions and counting.

Hugh blogs at least twice a week and teaches classes on voice over at voiceoverfortheactor.com. There are over a hundred and fifty blog postings on the site.

He is also an award winning composer for film and new media, and is currently collaborating with Ingrid Breyer on the original musical The Precautionary Principle.

Hugh has been the head of sound for Penn and Teller, an Equity Stage Manager, a lecturer at SUNY Purchase, is a certified K-12 music teacher and is a two time marathon finisher.

Lee Hurst - Chief Operations Officer

Lee was born and raised in Texas and is a recent graduate of NYU Tisch where she studied at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, receiving a BFA in Acting and a minor in Producing. 

She grew up a cheerleader but conversely is not a sports fan, but still considers herself a southerner through and through as evidenced by her true passion for sweet tea and boiled peanuts.
